The Present...

I was busy with work but managed to read and finish up this motivational book that I got for free.

The book is called 'The Present' the best that you can gift yourself.

Well basically its divided to 3parts:
The present - its now, currently and what's in front of you. Its what u have right now going on in ur life. We have to focus on what we have, appreciate and enjoy what is in front of us, look and emphasize on things that are positive, and only then we can be happy with what we have and enjoy the current moment that we are in.

The past - we should not dwell on what's in d past. We must learn from it instead of hovering to it. We must to letgo, forgive and forget. So that the pass would not burden on us and affect our future.

The future - the future is yet to happen. Is something that you can paint and make happened. Though not everything will go the way you want it to be, but planning the future would help eliminate probs and will lead you to the desire point/goals that you wanted. Planning the future with joy and positivity with all the experiences that we learned from will help to lead us to a better future and a much happier life ^^

These are basically the gist of the book.
