Energy or spirits...

Was having lunch with my colleague, when she mentioned to me bout this series shown on tv, bout this lady who claims that she can see n talk to spirits... She goes by the name of Lisa Williams.

The spirits part doesn't concerns me much, but one thing that caught me was, my friend mentioned something that goes like this "if ur mad or angry or sad or etc, d energy that's been created lingers at the place where it happens. Tho its been months or years d energy will still lingers... Wow..! In someways I do believe that!
